By engaging Next Level Software, LLC for software development or related services, you agree to the following terms.
Next Level Software, LLC will provide services as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW), which may include custom software development, web and mobile applications, integrations, and technical support.
Service fees are as agreed in the SOW and may be invoiced by phase or milestone. Third-party licenses, hosting, or infrastructure costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause of services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Next Level Software, LLC retains the right to ownership of deliverables until full payment is received, as specified in the SOW.
